‘Recent’ number on FaceTime

What does the word ‘recent’ mean that stands after a number when the last facetime call is a year ago?

FaceTime app privacy report When I answer a FaceTime call the app privacy report captures that time. When I hang up the call does it record that too? My gf said she had to go back to work after our FaceTime call ended but then my contacts were accessed again… curious if she made another FaceTime call?
