Blue Tick - Rural coverage

Hello, will iPhone ever release a phone with blue tick again? need this for superior voice coverage in rural and regional areas due to travel and currently iPhones just don't pass this test. I believe iPhone 8 was the last model to pass blue tick. Currently only Samsung and Telstra phones pass the test.
