Enable Keychain:
Do you have any other devices enabled to the same Apple ID as this phone? If so, using that device, open Keychain to view the credentials. Go Here: How to Find Saved Passwords on your iPhone - Apple Support
If not in Keychain:
Look somewhere else you may have kept a record of these in.
