Last Rapid Security Responses

I just installed the Last Rapid Security Response to macOS Ventura 13.3.1. After my iMac restarted, this button with red lettering appeared: "Remove & Restart." Why did this appear and should I ignore it? Why would I want to remove something that I just affirmatively installed? I am confused...

Ignore it.

Unless You What to Remove it

The version should be reading macOS 13.3.1(a) appended letter a , build number ( 22E772610a )
