I have issue with copy same keyframe values of curve. When I select in curve keyframe and move to wanted time and paste did not any change. Please let me know if what process I miss. Any suggest would be welcome.

Drag in the editor to select all the points when you copy.
However, I am not sure if the color curves filter actually works properly with copy/paste keyframes. Some filters in Motion don't seem to support this correctly. Note that this, like other filters, does not support rigging or behaviors either. That usually indicates it is not going to operate as we expect with keyframe functions.
Hopefully other members have more information for you on this topic.
I found referring like this way on manual. but it didn't works as expected. It looks bug I think.

It does look like an inconsistent function compared to other filter in the 'color' category. Copy and paste keyframes seems like it should be a universal function, as in, if we can apply keyframes, we should expect that we can then copy and paste normally. However, there are some elements in Motion where this does not work.
