how do you read saved text messages saved
Where are my text messages that are save to my cloud at, and how can i read them?

To start, we want to recommend that you pull up this article and read through the information there, as it covers this exact question and should be helpful: Set up iCloud for Messages on all your devices - Apple Support. One thing that we would want to note is that we see you posted in the "iCloud on my PC" section. If you are using a Windows PC there would not currently be a way for you to access your messages on that platform as that is something that is not currently supported.
