Mail not being received.

For the past week I haven’t been receiving any emails that I know have been sent to me, I have searched up all sorts of solutions and tried them, yet nothing is helping. I deleted lots of old emails, made space in my phone, checked my Mail/gmail settings in iPhone settings and I also checked my emails through a different device and through gmail not just apple mail and yet still have not gotten any emails. Please help, I really need this resolved but nothing is helping.

In such a situation, this workaround may be helpful.

If you're sure that all email messages are still on Google servers (check them on a computer using Gmail website) I suggest that you:

  • Delete your email account from Apple Mail app
  • Restart your iPhone
  • Re-add your email account to the Apple Mail app
