Ordered lists - number font

I've found another workaround: make it a Lettered list, not Numbered. But then change the style from A. B. C. D. to 1. 2. 3. 4. which appears at the top of the list.

This inherits the font for me.

In my tested experience here with Pages v13, when you select the entire list and even though the numbers are not selected, changing the font changes everything in the list, numbers included.

Here is a short list that I selected and changed the font to the visibly different cutout.ttf:

and without changing that selection, here is how it appears when I select Adobe Garamond Regular:

This would indicate that the numbers do change their appearance if the font used is significantly different, but not so much if the fonts are similar. In the following, I changed from Adobe Garamond Regular to Book Antigua Regular and the line height and number shape changed due to the design of this font:

I'm seeing this same issue exactly as described in a new Pages document. I can't get mine to format correctly yet, I'll just keep trying different selections until it sticks.

Definitely feels like a bug. Pages 13.2.

Was this based on a Word or Pages '09 document that you opened in Pages and the latter translated into the Pages document?

It's only the Numbered style that doesn't update. Lettered and Harvard both do.
