Final Cut Pro does not open
FCP does not open, it stops to validating audio units,

A quick search on this forum would have shown you perhaps dozens of similar questions, and also the answer:
until an update comes along, the current workaround is to temporarily rename the folder
/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components
to something else, like Components.ignore
