Hello, i have pluged in my Mac and it detects the drive but I can't: Edit, Add or Remove a file. I only can copy things, This is not a problem with the Drive because I use'it on a Windows PC and it works Perfectly.

if it's formatted as the file system NTFS then macOS can only read from it unless you buy some commercial app

If you decide to use a software solution, I would recommend Microsoft NTFS for Mac by Paragon Software.
Just to state the obvious, if you want to reformat the drive as ExFAT, you do have to have another drive to copy over all the files before doing so.
