Cant get apps

What do i do when i have a pending purchase that needs to be payed so i can get apps again and renew my icloud but when i try to add my card it says there is something wrong with the card info when its all correct? ive tried with numerous cards

iPhone XS Max, iOS 16

If you cannot change your payment method, and/or if you cannot find the information you were looking for, please contact iTunes Store Support Team directly and explain your problem, using this specific link:--> Apple Support
