Never got the options for free beats
Never got the free beats, been using the student subscription.

Seems, from what I understand, that offer was available only in the US and UK. It was only available to people who have never had a free trial, and never subscribed to Apple Music before .
For anyone who was eligible, there would normally be an eMail from Apple, with the offer, after the first 30 days of the subscription. To get the free Beats, that offer would need to have been accepted / replied to within 90 days.
You might want to search through your eMail for eMails from Apple around that date, to see if you missed an offer.
The offer was for a limited time only, starting in June 22 2022.
I do not know whether it is still a promotion or not.
