I installed the update on the 1st of May 2023. Now Health won't track accurately. I have checked and re-checked all the settings, rebooted twice. It is only recording about half my steps and distances.
Precise location is ON
Health app is enabled
Tracking is bad. I depend on this app for reporting to my job as proof of exercise to lower my health insurance costs, so it is critical that Health tracks accurately.

Do you only use your iPhone for tracking or do you also use an Apple Watch? The watch allows for more accurate tracking, and there is additional calibration options listed at Calibrate your Apple Watch for improved Workout and Activity accuracy - Apple Support to help get the most out of it.
