Is iPad Pro 2022(M2, 11-inch) support pd 30w(9v 3.3a)? I am planning to buy a new charger and cable with pd 30w support(if this device support pd 30w)

Your iPad Pro is compatible with any USB Power Adapters that support USB PD (Power Delivery). The Power Adapter and connected device actively negotiate the mutually supported power profile.

Your iPad will charge at its maximum supported charging rate when used with a 20W Power Adapter. The iPad will charge no faster if connected to a Power Adapter with a higher power rating - however, this will provide a higher power-budget for simultaneously powering connected USB accessories.

Watt  is like how fast your car can drive, but the speed limit is how fast your car do drive

the ios device draws as much current as it was built to use when charging, the fact that

a charger can provide a lot more just means it's not having its full capacitive used

I don't believe that your ipad would fast charge faster with a 30watt charger than with a 20watt charger it came with and if it would charge faster it would not be 1/3 part faster.
