what is the cost per 100 page book?

I want to print a 'memory book' for a high school reunion.

specifications:

8 1/2" by 11" sheets, folded in half to make--

5 1/2" by 8 1/2" pages

all sheets printed on front and back sides--

which makes 4 pages per sheet

black & white for the interior pages on typing paper

color for the 1 outer cover page on card stock

A local print shop can print 'master copies' that I can produce for $.15 per Black & White and $.25 per color page.
