Please consider that Battery Health is notoriously difficult to measure, and your Apple Watch is a mass produced device so it is not individually calibrated. Estimates of battery health may also be somewhat sensitive to other factors like battery temperature at the time of each estimate, and even the state of charge for the battery (which varies during each day).

I would not be too concerned about single measurements in the battery health indicator. The longer term trend is a much better guide, but the really useful indication is whether your Apple Watch can still stand up to your daily usage with some life left when you come to recharge.

As a general guide, Apple considers a battery may need to be replaced when its health reduces to 80% (that's 80% battery health, not 80% capacity charge remaining). The expected minimum service life is usually 500 charge/discharge cycles where a full cycle is taken as discharge to empty, and using to 50% charge is half a cycle. Your Apple Watch is well clear of these trigger levels and is probably showing about the expected reduction due to aging. In other words, a drop to 95% in 5-6 months is nothing to worry about.
