Constant issues with using Spotify on my Apple Watch SE

I've tried everything - and several times (restarted the watch, re-paired it, re-downloaded the app, re-downloaded musiclists, updated to latest versions, and so on....) but I keep having issues using Spotify offline on my Apple Watch SE. Either it is slow, it cannot connect, it does not find my downloaded musiclists, I does not respond, or a combination of all. Help needed please!! (and no, I don't want to shift to Apple Music instead of Spotify...)
