My iPhone storage won't load. I already had this problem and rebooting the phone always helped, but now it does not help either. What to do?

Wait for some time while it refreshes and calculates the iPhone storage.

If you are looking at the storage information after a long gap then there can be a few reasons why it takes some time to display the storage information on an iPhone:

  1. Size of storage: If your iPhone has a large amount of storage capacity, it may take longer to calculate and display the storage information. The device needs to analyze the files and folders stored on the iPhone, including system files, apps, media, and user data, which can take some time, especially on devices with larger storage capacities.
  2. Number of files and apps: If you have a significant number of files, apps, or media stored on your iPhone, the device needs to scan and index all of them to provide an accurate storage summary. The more files and apps you have, the longer it may take to calculate and display the storage information.
  3. Background processes: The iPhone may be performing background processes, such as system maintenance tasks, indexing, or syncing with iCloud or other services. These processes can temporarily affect the performance of the device, including the time it takes to display the storage information.
  4. System resources: If your iPhone is currently running resource-intensive tasks or multiple apps simultaneously, it may prioritize those tasks over calculating and displaying the storage information. This can cause a delay in showing the storage details until the device has enough resources available to complete the task.

In general, the time it takes to display the storage information on an iPhone can vary depending on the factors mentioned above. If you find that it consistently takes an unusually long time or if you experience other performance issues, it may be worth checking for any software updates, optimizing your device's storage, or contacting Apple Support for further assistance.
