Can’t open my App Store

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 11

Do you get any error message?


A question: 

Do you have a MDM (Mobile Device Management) profile?

If so, contact your company - IT department.

If it is an iPhone 6S you can update to iOS 15.7.5, you can check by reading this Apple article:

iPhone models compatible with iOS 12 -> iOS 16.

iPhone models compatible with iOS 15.5 – Apple Support (UK)


Go to Settings -> General -> Software Update -> Download and Install.

 

You need about 6 GB device storage and good Service and/or Wi-Fi.

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.

Charge the battery > 70%.

If it is an iPhone 6 -> The last security updates iOS 12.5.7 , it can’t be update to a higher iOS 13 or later.

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.

Charge the battery > 70%.


If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services
