Apple Watch cellular working outside its country of purchase

I want to but the Apple Watch SE 2nd version from Saudi Arabia, however I also live in the UK I was wondering if a uk dim card would work on the watch or not?

I can buy an Apple Watch here cheaper than in the UK (even after the US taxes etc when you go to check out). So, the Blood Oxygen Monitor wont work. Will an Apple Watch Ultra 2 purchased in Japan work in the UK without any issues? I'm looking at buying the new Apple Watch Ultra 2 from Japan but I live in the UK. Will this work with no issues or restrictions back in the UK and Europe? [Re-Titled by Moderator]

You would be best served to buy the watch in the country you live and will use it. There will no warranty on an Apple Watch purchased is Saudi Arabia in the UK. If you need service, you'd need to take the watch with you to the country of purchase.
