I'm not sure about the "best" - but the K380 bluetooth model works quite well with my M1 mini.
The inexpensive MK120 works just fine.

they all work equally well really though older ones may not have the correct mac layout in terms of what is labeled on the keys
I use an old microsoft nautral usb keyboard with only windows layout and a logitech mx nautral ergo k860 with mine both work well
Thanks much Lucky I will try that one again. I had one for a couple months one a 2015 but it dropping Bluetooth and space bar wouldn’t leave a space, but I could type a line or more with all words running together.
Maybe I just had a defective one so may try again.
