Which Spanish Keyboard distribution should I take?

Hello there,

I want to buy the new macbook pro 13 "M1. But I have some doubts about the keyboard layout, I don't know the difference between Backlit Magic Keyboard with Touch ID - Spanish and Backlit Magic Keyboard with Touch ID - Spanish (Latin America) layout.

I currently have this keyboard (Backlit Magic Keyboard - Spanish & Catalan (Spain))

Is the new Backlit Magic Keyboard with Touch ID - Spanish the same as the old Backlit Magic Keyboard - Spanish & Catalan (Spain)?

I would like to keep the same key layout. (It is important for me to keep that distribution of braces and brackets)

Thanks! (and sorry for my English)

MacBook Pro 13″

Yes. Spanish has braces/brackets on the same keys you have them now, on the Option level.

Latin American has them on the normal and shift levels. You do not want that if you are used to the Spanish (Spain) layout. Having them on normal and shift is like the standard English layout, and some users would prefer that.
