If stedman1 got your meaning correct (likely), then you may register three fingers on one hand and two on the other.
Certainly there are folks who have issues with their fingers. I’m fortunate to not be in that category. In my case, I never needed to register more than one finger for Touch ID.

If you are referring to the number of registered fingerprints, you can not.

I am aware of some operations requiring three fingers. I don’t believe there are any requiring more.
I’m still baffled about what possible use there might be for this - requiring more than one hand’s worth of fingers to simultaneously manipulate an iPhone screen?
But the iPhone allows only 5 touches at a time

Following up on stedman1’s response, if that’s what you meant (which I never would have guessed but now seems likely), then remember an iPhone is to be used by exactly one person with exactly one Apple ID.
I have problems with English. But you misunderstood me, all my fingers are in place here I'm playing a game, I'm doing a lot of movements there and when I do more than 5 touches, the screen resets I want to do more than 5 touches, let's say at least 7 touches at the same time
I, for one, have absolutely no idea what you’re asking.
You may touch your iPhone an infinite number of times.
I believe they are asking if you can use all ten of your fingers at once to manipulate the screen and have each touch registered for each finger.
