Logitech keyboard for IPad 9

I recently updated my iPad 9 to os16.4.1, and my Logitech keyboard combo touch has stopped working. The iPad knows that it’s there, but I get a message that says “device not supported”, so I can’t update any firmware from Logitech.

Any suggestions?

Logitech Combo Touch - Device not compatible I recently bought a brand new iPad 9th gen and Logitech Combo Touch for it. When y snap the keyboard on the Smart Connector it doesn’t work at all. Sometimes a window pops up stating “device not compatible”. Logitech Control App doesn’t recognize the keyboard either. I already tried resetting my iPad, reinstalling the app and cleaning the Smart Connector. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

You will need to contact Logitech support.
