Apple Watch activities disappeared

Ever since I switch phones and providers. I lost all my activity/workout history on the app. I did back up and restore my new phone. How do I recover my progress?

My activities on my Apple Watch is disappearing? how I do I get my activities back? I have been staying active since the beginning of this year so I can earn more badges and in the month, July, I have noticed that three of my activities 14-16 are gone. It was there yesterday and I do not know what to do. I restarted both my phone and watch and it has not returned. I also tried to enter it through the health app and it is not working help. iphone Settings, [your name], iCloud, (show all) is Health turned on?

You need to be using the same Apple ID
