Try Resetting the Core Audio:
Type the following command in Terminal:

Get this Serviced:
Correct. You have one-your, out-of-the-box, limited-warranty coverage on this. So, from here, I recommend that give Apple a call (if purchased through them). Request support. This may be a defective item. So, see what Apple will do for you.
IMPORTANT: Note that these are just user-to-user forums and than no one here has any call in support —but Apple does.

Troubleshoot the Mac Audio:
What to Try:
If an app has its own audio input and output settings, then perform things on the app itself.
Verify what your output item is.
If there are any microphones nearby, then they may be getting in the way via bluetooth.
See if an app is permitted to use your microphone.
(Applies to Intel-Based Macs Only) Sometimes when changes are made to the system(i.e. updates), system configurations (i.e. for Sound) become manipulated, technically. So, reset the SMC and NVRAM.
When you boot into Safe Mode, items load by default, with certain settings and caches set aside. So, hold down the shift key upon boot. See what happens then.
See if creating and logging in as a new administrator does the trick. There may be something misconfigured in your current user - something that is getting in the way. Go to: System Preferences > Users & Groups > Unlock > Click: "+" > Create the new administrator
I had to change glues 2 times (x L + R) = 4 times
to taken from used MBP2015, one dead after 2 weeks
and replaced again.
Suggest not using VLC with 120% volume or listening with max hardware volume 50% and app volume 100%. Or maybe Im not right. Not using full power of these speakers. Maybe bad luck.. my 5 cents haha.
No change with any of these. Looks like hardware, after 2 months. Not cool.
Thanks
