While following some online guide, I changed the display color of my iphone battery and this is how my screenshots display ever since and I don’t even remember how we did it again. Note that the color of my background image is not edited and so it should display like a normal picture. I need help in reversing this, please help out.

Please go to: Settings > Accessibility > Display & Text Size. Now, make sure that Smart Invert, and Classic Invert are both turned off.
After you have turned them off, you will see that the screenshot you have provided above looks very weird. Now, turn Classic Invert on, and view the screenshot again. Now it will look normal. After this experiment, double check that Smart Invert, and Classic Invert are both turned off, or you will have the same issue again.
