Heart rate drops

Yes i know that heart rate monitor isnt a medical device but i keep getting readings like this yesterday. Watching tv 1 hour and this is the results, 84 then 54, then back to 84. Maybe i should contact my doctor?

It's important to keep in mind that other factors could affect this reading, such as the tightness of your watch band. Make sure you're wearing your Apple Watch in the way that's recommended by Apple: Wearing your Apple Watch - Apple Support.


With that being said, it's still important to seek professional medical advice if you have any concerns.
