Move clock on Lock Screen

How can I move my clock down on Lock Screen on iphone SE2? I’m running ios16, but can’t move it from Date & Time in Settings?

Is there a way to increase the date size on the iPhone Lock Screen separately from the time? You can't "move" the clock.
