FWIW, the United Airlines app was updated two days ago. Make sure you have the latest version, 4.1.80.

Just a thought, if you have a Time Machine or other backup, you can try restoring the previous version before the update.

What is that app? What version of the app? And, most importantly, is this about the mac or the iPhone? Your title says iOS but you posted in the Ventura forum.
I just installed United Airlines 4.1.80 on my M1 MacBook Air. It fails to open.

I have a Mac book pro 13 and I down loaded the united app and it refuses to open. I have researched what to do but nothing seems to help with opening the app.

I have the same problem. No answer from Apple.
Just one more data-point, I haven't been able to use the app on my Mac in several months either. I was waiting for an update but the issue is not resolved.
