How do I get Safari back on my Mac Pro?

Are you talking about the Dock? If so, you can simply drag the Safari icon located in the Applications folder to the Dock and an alias will be created there for you to access when needed. Conversely, any icons you don't ant there can be removed by dragging them from the Dock to the Trash.
