How to get rid of Focus?

I don’t want to turn “a” Focus on or off, I want Focus to never turn on, ever.I would like to delete it if possible. It randomly sets itself, and blocks incoming contacts for no reason. I have turned off everything in Settings related to Focus and yet it still comes on. There is no “turn off Focus” as Apple help seems to think by “turn off” I mean turn one Focus period off, NO!!! I want the whole thing to STOP. How?Please help, this is making me nuts.

Many Focus Modes can be deleted - such as the Driving Focus Mode. To delete a Focus Mode from iPad settings, just tap the Focus - and select Delete Focus.

Some Focus modes, such as Do Not Disturb, are built-in and cannot be removed. While the Focus cannot be removed, it doesn’t have to be used. For these Focus Modes, simply disable or delete the associated Schedule from the individual Focus settings.

The iPad User Guide provides concise information about configuration and use of Focus Modes:

Thanks, but I don’t want to fiddle with modes, or have to search through settings to turn off some “schedule” that it randomly sets, blocking notifications. I just want it permanently off. It is truly a horrible idea, and I have missed some important things because of it. The documentation is about endlessly fiddling with its bits and pieces, I can’t find anything that will permanently silence ALL of it.
