Hello all I recently bought a iPhone 8 (A1863 / MQ7X2LL/A), running IOS 16.3.1 from Amazon. I am currently trying to reset the device, but it won't allow me. Everytime I reset it just restarts and goes back to the homescreen. Any ideas of what the issue would be?

Being Sold a Defective Device:
Seems you've been sold a defective device. So, contact Amazon, seeing if the seller can be held accountable, and if you can get your money back. All another reason to get this directly from Amazon.
iPhone won't reset.
