Google Chrome and the App Store disappeared from my IPhone and I don't know why, I can't get it back because the App Store is gone as well and when it happened, it gave me a notification 2 times that a family member had made it so a family member had to approve it if I wanted to buy something, even though nobody had been into settings and made it like that, and it was very odd. Can I please get some help? Thank you!

The App Store app is not one of the apps that can be deleted but it can be removed from the home screen. Go to the App Library (swipe left past your last home screen). From there you can touch and hold an app and slide it left back to the home screen.
Also note the Search window at the top of the App Library.
Another reason for it not being visible is due to a restriction on purchasing. Go to Settings and tap Screen Time, tap Content & Privacy Restrictions, tap iTunes & App Store Purchases, choose a setting and set to Allow.
