What is the WiFi username

WiFi networks don't usually have user names. Only passwords to connect to them.

If your Wi-Fi has a captive portal website that requires a User, only the administrator would know what users it expects.

Outside of that, only you can know the information used by your now Wi-Fi network.

Finding the WiFi Username:

You'd have to speak with the network administrator. If you do not know it, and have no reference to it, then there is nothing you can do.
