iPhone 13 manufacture defect

My friend purchased recently a iPhone 13 in chroma. in that phone it's having gap in back glass we summit device in Apple service centre for two times but we are not getting proper solution for this they mentioned this not cause any problem in using and warranty but gap visibly there and they are also accepting gap is there. So give as proper solution for this or replacement
