Clear case for 14 Pro Max

So I’ve had the iPhone 14 pro max since April (less than a month) and as soon as I set it up I placed it inside a apple’s MagSafe clear case and over a few days ie pour see a built up of dust/crumbs on the border as you would and so I’d take the case off to clean it (wiping the case by hand) I’ve noticed the colour of my phone (deep purple) is coming off and it’s happening all around the edge where the frame meets the bezel, especially where the volume buttons are.

And so I can only blame the Case as I’ve never dropped my phone and I put it straight in this case when I got it and only out to clean it. I’ve also noticed lines which might be cracks but I’m not sure as they might just be how they case was built.

After reading other people talking about how their cases ‘cracked’ they said apple swapped them for a silicon case under the 1 year warranty.

But, the case has damaged my phone so what should happen?? I feel I need a new case ASAP but my phones damaged from apples own protection :(
