You need to read and follow the instructions posted here - we are other users and cannot make appointments for you.
Please note that the Genius Bar takes care of hardware problems; software problems are handled by online Apple support or the Communities here. If you enter a software problem, you will not get an option to make an appointment.

My iPad isn’t making connections. For instance, if I go to mail and want to see a video, it won’t connect to the video.
you can also go into your local apple store and make an appointment, typically if not during peak iPhone release dates you can get an appointment for the same day.
