Hello tasnim38,
In order to disable the double click, you will need to disable Face ID for purchases. You can do this under Settings > Face ID & Passcode, and then turn off Face ID for things such as iTunes & App Store and/or Wallet & Apple Pay. This may then require your passcode depending on the activity, but it turns off the confirmation press.
