The battery needs to be replaced. Make an appointment at the Apple Store or take the phone to an authorized Apple Service shop.

Settings > Battery > Battery Health & Charging > Maximum Capacity
What is the Maximum Capacity?
If it is under 80%, the battery needs to be replaced.
I looked at it and maximum capacity is “—“. No numbers, no percentage, nothing. Only a dash. However it does say that the battery’s significantly degraded.
