Does iphone magsafe charger use power when the iphone isn

I'm thinking of getting a MagSafe charger for my iPhone 13 mini.

If it's plugged in all the time does it use power whilst the iPhone is not attached?

No, according to my Kill-A-Watt meter which shows 0.00 amps used.
