How come my Wi-Fi not working"

There are a number of possibilities for why your wi-fi is not working,

and

we do not have much information about the situation, in order to give you one clear answer to your question. (Wondering what happens when you try to connect, if you have the password if needed to connect, if there is an error message, etc.)

If you haven't been using wi-fi before at that address, or the modem / router is not working properly you may need to check with your provider.

If you have been connected ok before:

You could try turning the modem/router off and back on.

or

Restarting your iPhone may help re-establish a connection:

How to: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

Updating your iPhone to the newest compatible iOS version may help.

Eg: About iOS 16 Updates - Apple Support says 16.4.1 is the latest.

If needed:

You may need to do more trouble-shooting to find out why.

Eg: Apple support have articles online that may help.

How to:

Connect to Wi-Fi on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

and

What to do: If your iPhone or iPad won't connect to a Wi-Fi network

Hope something here will help you connect to wi-fi ok.

All the best :-)
