Looking at the Lorex Home app in the App Store, it doesn't show as being compatible with an iPad:
Compatibility
iPhone
Requires iOS 10.0 or later.
iPod touch
Requires iOS 10.0 or later.
Mac
Requires macOS 11.0 or later and a Mac with Apple M1 chip or later.
Apple TV
Requires tvOS 9.0 or later.
We'd advise to contact the app developer to verify if compatible with an iPad.
