How to reset the Screen Time passcode for your child's device

If you’re using Family Sharing to manage a child’s account, passcode reset options won’t be available on their device.

If you're still having difficulty, and you no longer have access to the device used to set up Family Sharing or Screen Time, we'd advise to contact Apple Support, so they can see if there are other options to assist. We're not seeing any option to set up Screen time from either iCloud or Apple ID website.

You would change the passcode directly on the device that has it. You can use these steps to change the passcode:

1. Go to Settings > Screen Time. 

2. Tap Change Screen Time Passcode
