AirPods Pro squeak when in Noise Cancelation and Transparent mode

When I try to put my AirPods into either Noise Cancelation mode or Transparent, there is a frequent high-pitched squeaking noise.

I’ve already tried multiple different fixes that I’ve seen: Reseting the AirPods, ‘Forgetting Device’ , and Turning off Noise Control and Automatic Ear Detection, as well as messing around with the settings. Nothing seems to fix the issue.
