Sync Through iCloud:

Enable Photos in iCloud on both devices. Photos will be accessible between the two.

I. On the iPhone:

Go to: Settings
Tap: Your Name (Top Item)
Tap: iCloud
Tap: Photos
Enable: iCloud Photos

then...

II. On the Mac:

Access from iCloud, Manually:

Go To: icloud.com
Select: Photos
Download: the Photos

View in context
