Logging into my iCloud account

Can I log into my iCloud account from a phone that’s not an iPhone or on my laptop which is an older one…? To retrieve a deleted message that’s super important..?

iPhone 14 Plus, iOS 16

No. Messages are only accessible on devices connected to iCloud.

I think that could be done but if not then try synchronizing a new account on it remembering the login info so I REALLY HOPE that’ll work for you. BEST of luck except might need to look in the Help option for assistance if needing too.
