I’m using the Horns plugin in Mainstage. It will work fine for a few notes and then nothing. Strings does the same thing. I have to turn off the plugin and turn it back on to get sound again. Then after a few notes, it dies again. How do I fix it?

Have you tried creating a completely new concert as a test with just the problematic instruments?
Does it happen with a new concert file with just one of the problem instruments loaded?
Is the processor going into overload (check the MainStage gauge for that)?
When you say "too many notes", do you mean notes played simultaneously?
Are other instruments working normally?
Yes. It’s only the Studio Horns and Studio Strings. I am able to play notes initially, but at some point, it just stops working. The notes start getting soft, then non-existent. Even the legacy horns and strings work correctly.
It has happened in at least two different concert files. It’s like it’s saying, “ok, you’re playing too many notes. I’m going to take a break now.”
