Blurry 0.5 camera

Recently the cover of my IPhone 12 Pro ultra wide lens came off, and it was no big deal taking pictures. But now when I take pictures in 0.5 it’s blurry, I don’t know if it’s because I don’t have a cover, but when I try to clean the camera it still doesn’t do anything to fix the blurriness.

How do I fix blurry camera issue on my iPhone 16 Pro Max This is my first iphone of my life.i was a android user and this year switched to iphone 16 pro max and i must say "A nightmare!” I wouldn’t have choose iphone I should have sticked to android! Whenever im trying to take close up or focus photos it gets blurry!
