Can’t log in to Apple TV on my new television
I keep getting error code N/6458323C when I try to log into Apple TV 📺
on the new TV I just bought which is a Hisense Roku Smart 4K TV

Another user (mygreensocks) suggested this procedure from Roku Support staff, which reportedly helped several users.
1. Remove the Apple TV app,
2. Shut off and unplug the TV (or streaming device),
3. Wait 30 seconds,
4. Plug the TV (or streaming device) back in,
5. Reload the Apple TV app.
Else try the Network Connection Reset, as suggested by user Jarieta.

Thanks for the link- I think the issue is I didn’t see it on the compatible tv list but oddly enough there is a big pic of the TV on the box with an Apple TV app on it ….
Generally speaking, if you can install the app from the Roku store, it *should* be compatible. Does it say anything other than that error message when you try to login?
No more updates on this? I ha e a new Hisense Roku TV and can't log on to Apple TV. Every other streaming service works
Thanks! This worked. I ran software updates on the Roku TV itself expecting to actually update the channels. But removing the channel and readding did the trick.
